Official public records: the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Texas Comptroller, Texas HHSC, TDLR, CMS, and the cities of Fort Worth and Arlington. Each sheet names its source.
When the agency publishes one. Child care, salon and healthcare lists include phones. Liquor licenses, sales tax permits and code cases don't, so those rows have the business or property address.
Most are. Some filings are an existing business adding a permit or changing owners, and we flag those in a Signal column so you can skip them.
